Use of our Products to distribute copyrighted or illegal material without authorization is prohibited.
Spam & Messaging Abuse
Sending unsolicited commercial messages, maintaining unconfirmed messaging lists, or using third-party databases without consent is strictly prohibited.
Unethical or Malicious Activity
You may not advertise, host, or distribute software designed for spam, attacks, or unauthorized access. This includes activities like hacking, sniffing, spoofing, and denial-of-service attacks.
Activities considered malicious or unethical include:
- Attempting to avoid payment for services
- Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data
- Publishing violent or harmful content
- Violating consumer protection or privacy laws
- Association with illegal gambling, terrorism, or weapons-related activities
Unauthorized Use of Decentralized B.V. Property
Impersonating Decentralized B.V. or misrepresenting a relationship with us to gain trust, services, or users is forbidden.
Alcohol-Related Content & Liability
The Drink It! app is intended only for users of legal drinking age in their country. By using the app, you confirm your age and accept full responsibility for your actions, including alcohol consumption.
We do not endorse irresponsible drinking. Users are responsible for any legal or health consequences that arise. Please drink responsibly and never drive under the influence.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when:
- You use our Products after the revised policy is published, or
- 30 days after publication on our app—whichever comes first.
