If you download Drink It! from:
- Apple App Store: You agree to the App Store Terms of Service.
- Google Play Store: You agree to Google's Terms of Service.
We may update these terms at any time. If we do, we’ll update this page and notify you via the app or your registered email address. Changes are effective immediately upon publication.
Limitations of Use
By using Drink It!, you agree not to:
- Modify, copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the app
- Remove copyright notices or mirror the content elsewhere
- Use the app to distribute unlawful, harassing, or offensive material
- Violate any laws or regulations using the app
- Harvest data or send unauthorized advertisements or spam
- Infringe the privacy or intellectual property of others
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Drink It! is owned or licensed by Decentralized B.V. You are granted a limited license for personal use only. This license ends if you violate any terms.
Automatic Updates
You consent to automatic updates of the app. You may revoke this by uninstalling the app.
Liability
Drink It! is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Decentralized B.V. disclaims all implied warranties.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss including lost revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Accuracy of Materials
Content within Drink It! is for general information only. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or reliability.

We are not responsible for content on external websites linked from the app. Use them at your own risk.
Notice Regarding Apple
If you use Drink It! on an iOS device, you acknowledge that:
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
- Apple has no obligation to support the app
- Any claims related to the app are the responsibility of Decentralized B.V.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms
- You are not in a sanctioned country or on a restricted party list
Right to Terminate
We may terminate your access to Drink It! immediately if you breach these terms.
Severance
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid and enforceable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
